The Zentic Loop
One way of working.
Scan, shape, build, launch, automate. The name is provisional. The sequence is how a small job actually moves.
Three limits. They are the point.
One team on the job
Brand, build and launch come from one business, with one point of contact.
A written scope
Price, rounds, and what is left out are in the quote before the work starts.
Labels that stay true
Concept, internal, own product, or client. The page says which.
The loop. Five steps, used only when they belong.
A brand kit may stop at Build. An audit may never become a public launch. Automate is a decision, not a default.
01
Scan
Look at the work, who it is for, and what is already there.
A short look at the offer, the audience, and the tools you already use. We write down what a good result is before we design anything.
02
Shape
A direction you can react to, before the build.
You see the direction in words and a first visual. We change it while it is still cheap to change.
03
Build
We design and build it, and you review the real thing.
We do the design and the build in-house. You review it in the browser, on a proof, or on a device. Not a slide that pretends to be the work.
04
Launch
Check it on a phone, set the basics, and put it live.
We check it on a phone, set the search basics that belong to the job, and put it where people can use it.
05
Automate
If a task repeats, we decide whether a tool should do it.
After launch, repeating admin is a separate decision. We pick one workflow, say what it would save, and only then change it.
