Do you sell a theme and call it custom?
No. We design and build the pages for the job.
Can the Local Launch Pack include a shop?
No. A shop is its own project. See Ecommerce.
Do I have to host with you?
No. Hosting and care (from £30/month) is optional. We can hand the site to your own host.
Why do prices say “from”?
The figure is where the package starts. Your price is fixed in the written quote before any work begins, and it does not change unless you ask for more.
How does payment work?
Half when you accept the written quote, so we can book your start date, and half on handover. No VAT is added. Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance.
