Who pays the card fees?
You do, directly to the payment provider. We never mark up third-party costs.
Can you load my products?
Yes, from a spreadsheet or your current shop. It is in the quote.
Why do prices say “from”?
The figure is where the package starts. Your price is fixed in the written quote before any work begins, and it does not change unless you ask for more.
How does payment work?
Half when you accept the written quote, so we can book your start date, and half on handover. No VAT is added. Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance.
